Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a refund in the form of original payment. Some product exceptions apply.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue with your order, please email [email protected] immediately.
Please note, merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Online returns may be made in person at the Audain Art Museum Shop. Must present receipt and
original method of payment.

Returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of your purchase. Item must be in re-sellable condition. Must present receipt and original method of payment. Exchange only with a gift receipt.
